Dear customer,

Within 14 days, you have the option to withdraw from your purchase and return items. Please announce your return in advance here in the portal — this speeds up the refund process. The return shipping costs of €6.99 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please send items back unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.
